• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong command of Python.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar process automation tools.
• Hands-on experience working with Copilot Studio or similar AI-related frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including NLP and chatbot development, is highly desirable.
• Experience creating, training, and deploying machine learning models is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
